The Kosovo - Serbia dialogue has been suspended. This decision, which was unilaterally taken on Tuesday by the Serbian authorities, follows the assassination of the top Kosovo Serb Politician Oliver Ivanovi� in Mitrovica. Serbian media report that Marko Djuric, the head of Serbian delegation in the bilateral dialogue that is taking place in Brussels, announced the immediate withdrawal from the technical dialogue and the return to Serbia until further notice.
�This is a terrorist and criminal act that must be punished,� declared Djuric, addressing to the journalists after announcing the withdrawal from technical dialogue with Kosovo.
Ivanovic, seen as one of the most moderate Kosovo Serbs, was shot dead in front of his party�s office in the Serb-run north of Mitrovica.
