President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani and First Lady, Odeta Nishani organized an official reception dedicated to the Albanian science, culture and art welcoming and awarding a number of distinct personalities of the art and culture. 

“Nation’s Honor”, “Scanderbeg’s Order Knight”, and ‘Great Master” decorations were awarded by the Head of State for the artists that contributed in the art field. “Nation’s Honor” decoration was awarded post-mortem by President Nishani to the director Mihal Luarasi and the known folk singer Bik Ndoja. 

“Scanderbeg’s Knight Order” was awarded to Ana Lalaj, Ferit Duka and Uran Butka. “Great Master” title was awarded post-mortem to Skender Sallaku. The same decoration was awarded also to Marjeta Larja, Flutura Açka si dhe zotërinjtë Aleksandër Lalo, Edmond Tupja, Altin Basha, Gazmend Leka, Koço Devole, Pashk Përvathi, Robert Radoja and Shpëtim Saraçi.
