Chekhovian work comes in the most complete version in Albanian language. The presentation of the complete work of the known Russian writer, Anton Pavlloviç Chekhov was organized thanks to the cooperation between the Association of Friendship Albania - Russia with the Municipality of Berat. His complete work was translated in Albanian by the known translator, Jorgji Doksani.
This initiative took place as part of the month of October, which this year has been defined as the Reading Month. A number of known intellectuals and book-lovers participated in this special event discussing over different aspects of Chekhov’s work and her traces in the modern Russian literature.
