Italian ambassador in Albania, Alberto Cutillo, appeased on Monday the Albanians operating in the call centers sector while referring to a recently approved law related to the companies operating abroad. 

He chose an activity organized in Shkodra to declare that neither the call centers nor the fason businesses in Albania risk closure despite this law approval in Italy.

“These businesses currently operating in Albania will not be closed. They will only operate in accordance to the new regulation,” said Cutillo.

Meanwhile the Minister of Economy, Milva Ekonomi, declared that the recently approved law seeks to regulate informal activity.

“This law arranges the telephonic exchanges in Italy.  Call centers in Albania operate out-band. Situation regulation possibility is being considered,” said Ekonomi.
