International Theatre Festival ‘Skampa 18’ kicks off in Elbasan. This event, that has become a tradition, will bring on ‘Skampa’ Theater stage a number of prestigious artistic troops from Argentine, Italy, Israel, Kosovo, Macedonia, Sweden, America and Romania.
Meanwhile Albania is represented by four theatrical troops from Tirana, Shkodra, Gjirokastra and Elbasan. This year’s edition is organized under the motto “New Energy”.
The organizers informed that the festival will bring many surprises, and point out that their main goal is to approach youths to theater.
One of the novelties of this edition is the fact that part of the pieces will be shown in Tirana. Another element will be the performance of a theatrical troop dedicated to the children.
