Berisha: 88th Recommendation Acceptance Enables Judicial Reform Approval

Referring to the judicial reform during a speech in Parliament on Thursday the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha urged the MPs to vote the judicial reform, preceded by a consensus on the Venice Commission 88th recommendation.

While defining a very clear message the German MP declaration for the risk of EU candidate status revocation if the judicial reform fails to be approved by the parliament, a success achieved by his executive according to Berisha, he urged the parliament’s administration to prepare a leaflet of the 88th paragraph.

This one is part of the Venice Commission final recommendations. He asked it to be in Albanian and English language for the right and left wing MPs explaining that denying a similar right to the opposition would be a great injustice.
