German Ambassador in Tirana Helmut Hoffman emphasized on Thursday the necessity of the judicial reform approval ahead of summer season considering this an important step in the Albania’s progress toward EU membership.
He underlined the fact that pairs’ collaboration is a necessity for the judicial reform completion, while adding that this reform is the key element for the EU membership negotiations opening.
