Minister of Transports Edmond Haxhinasto signed an agreement with Tirana International Airport concessionary company focused on the exclusivity nullification. He declared during a joint press conference on Friday that this agreement was a result of long-lasting negotiations.
“This is an important day for the Albanian Civil Aviation due to the opening of a new page for infrastructure development providing a more qualitative service to the citizens” said Haxhinasto.
Minister Haxhinasto informed the journalists that Kukes airport will soon become operational aiming to provide a low-cost gateway for the passengers.
