Court of Serious Crimes issued on Wednesday “Imprisonment”security measures for Kujtim Ibraj, the father who stabbed to death his 17-year old daughter and injured the other daughter 22-years old.
The tragic event happened last Sunday in Tirana, when the 56 years old stabbed with a knife two of his six children. One of his daughters died immediately. After his arrest, Police discovered that Ibraj was drunk.
He got divorced to his wife leaving her with their six children.
