The Prosecutors of Serious crimes tried to interrogate Prosecutor Haxhi Giu, stopped just a day ago suspected for corruption. He will be detained at the Tirana Police  until a security measure will be given for him. But from the first information, Giu refused to speak and said he would do it in another moment.
His colleague, Armand Gurakuqi, has stayed only a few minutes with the suspect for corruption after he was sent to replace Gentian Osmani, who apparently had another investigation on his hands.
Giu, known as one of the investigators of the case for the murder of Azem Hajdari, has not hired a lawyer yet while the Prosecution has sent over additional materials. Within two days they will evaluate the conditions of his arrest.
