Frroku’s Mandate, Parliament’s Decision on October 20

The arrested MP, Mark Frroku will return to Parliament on Tuesday after six months from his last presence in this institution. The meeting of the Council of Mandates and Regulation will be held on the 20th of October, after the request of DP. In this meeting will be discussed the lifting of Frroku's parliamentary mandate.

Frroku should decide if he will participate to this meeting or whether he will delegate one of his lawyers. According to DP Frroku’s mandate period has expired as he has been absent for six months in the Parliament.
