
Prime Minister, Edi Rama said that the Government has never been as committed as in this fight against informality launched on the 1st of September, reminding once again that it is the government’s main focus on improving economy in this third phase of 300-day governance. He warned that the operation won't stop until the main goal is achieved which is that of formalising the formal economy.The Prime Minister, Edi Rama said that this operation will see committed 600 active working groups who will be backed by State Police and Prosecution Officers. Rama described this action similar in substance to the operations that the government has undertaken recently, as theft of electricity any many other similar actions."The government believes that almost half of the businesses in Albania are not formalised and our fight is against them and not against honest businesses," emphasised Rama. In the end of his speech he called on all the customers to request a fiscal receipt every time they make a purchase because it will contribute to raise the salaries and public investments.
