Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjonaj declared on Thursday that for the extradition case of the Habilaj�s drugs clan accountant, Nezar Seiti, she only act based on the prosecution and court documents.

Reacting in the interpellance asked by the opposition, Gjonaj accused democrats of attempt to stop the implementation of the judicial reform.

�What do you pretend from me? You are only making another attempt to block the judicial reform. You are speaking for the extradition while your former ministers left in the ministry of justice broken systems,� said minister threatening her predecessor.

She underlined that the approval of Seiti�s extradition to Italy was totally in conformity with the law.
