The revitalization of Naval Bases and other military structures all over Albania will have a direct impact in country�s development. The Minister of Defense Olta Xha�ka expressed her certitude about this fact during an inspection of several naval bases during weekend.

�The Albanian Armed Forces (AAF) modernization ranks among the government�s priorities during the next four years. This process has a dual importance, because it serves to the AAF interests but at the same time has a direct impact on the country�s economic development,� declared Xha�ka.

She also underlined that AAF modernization is an absolute necessity on view of Albania�s membership into NATO.
