Heavy duty vehicles circulation will be forbidden in a number of main roads in Tirana during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Mayor Erion Veliaj signed on Saturday an order that temporarily forbids the circulation of heavy duty vehicles within the middle ring and in some segments of other road.

The prohibition of heavy duty vehicles circulation will take place from 22 December 2017 to 1 January 2018, starting from 07:00 to 22:00.

Also, due to the organization of various festive activities during these days and the increasing number of visitors from other cities the Municipality of Tirana has suspended all licenses for the circulation of vehicles in the capital until January 1, 2018.

Heavy duty vehicles circulation will be forbidden in the following roads:
