The chairman of Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) parliamentary group, Petrit Vasili, explains this political force vote contrary to the draft-budget 2018. During a dialogue with journalists on Friday he argued that this decision was related to the fact that government has turned into a debts paying institution through funds allocation to the oligarchs.

�The draft-budget 2018 adoption in principle by the parliament zeroed definitively the chances for country�s progress on view of the fact that the money will be distributed to the government�s clientage. The government is totally focused on debts payment instead of exercising the right for country�s development. Thus we no longer need a Prime Minister that keeps making fun of everything and everyone,� declared Vasili.
