“All national road-axes are passable”. This declaration was made by the Minister of Transports, Sokol Dervishaj during an inspection of Puke - Tropoja road axis, part of the northern district of Puka. He last laid the stress on the fact that all national axes are passable, despite the cold weather and the very low temperatures of these last days.

“Every necessary measure has been taken to cope with the problematic situation in the entire territory. Let’s not forget that we are currently in the winter season, thus the drivers must be careful in specific areas. Circulation in these areas should be done with the necessary precautions, using chains and winter tires,” said Dervishaj, adding that Civil Emergencies, State Police and local authorities are in alert on 24-7 basis.

Dervishaj also underlined that all factors efficiency while coping with this situation will be evaluated aiming to evidence any deficiency in this process.
