An Italian citizen was arrested in flagrance on Tuesday by the Shkodra police forces while in possession of 14.5 Kg of cannabis sativa. Lorenzo Pratti, 24, was arrested in Muriqan border crossing while trying to smuggle the narcotics quantity. 

A minute inspection of his ‘Audi’ platted DE 090 AT based on police officers suspicions unveiled a total of 54 packages containing 14.5 kilograms of cannabis sativa. 

Police investigation for a full clarification of the narcotics quantity origin and destination is still ongoing.
