Rama: Reforms, Key Element in Anti-Corruption Fight
December 5, 2016

Fight against corruption phenomenon was the main topic of a symposium organized on Monday in Tirana in presence of Prime Minister, Edi Rama. During his speech the chief of executive underlined that this phenomenon penetrates mostly in these institutions where prevention mechanisms are in-existent.

“The deep reforms undertaken by left wing government are preventing this phenomenon, despite the difficult situation inherited from the past governance. Corruption was omnipresent in the sectors of energetic, education and administration employees’ appointments,” declared PM Rama.

Referring to the health sector he praised the undertaken reforms as the right answer to this negative phenomenon. According to PM Rama this process will lead to the hospital system autonomy.
