State Technical Inspectorate (STI) reacted on Friday over the tragic explosion in Ballsh oil plant that killed one and injured six persons. According to STI experts this unfortunate episode happened due to a human error. The violation of the technical regulation by the employees led to the malfunction of a security valve.
STI conclusions will be submitted to the prosecution office as part of the inquiring process. Prosecution will than shed light on this sad event.
