OSCE Concludes Activities to Strengthen Administrative Justice Stakeholders

The OSCE Presence in Albania concluded a series of training seminars for administrative justice stakeholders. These activities were organized in co-operation with the School of Magistrates and Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA), with the capacity building aim to strengthen the administrative justice sector.

In the last two months, 50 participants received updated information on judicial practice developments and procedures. They were also presented with innovative techniques to deal with legal submissions and time management in administrative cases adjudication.

The Presence has supported the establishment of the administrative court system through various activities since November 2013. In addition, the Presence supported the publication of the Manual of Procedural Acts for Administrative Proceedings.
