Ombudsman, Igli Totozani, emphasized the vital importance of judicial reform during a meeting in Korca, part of his tour in several districts on Thursday.
He considered this reform a key element in three different directions. Although avoiding any comments on the actors that obstruct this reform implementation Totozani stressed that every government has always exceeded the legal boundary, thus has violated the human rights.
