Minister of Integration, Klajda Gjosha underlined that EC positive recommendation for the opening of the accessions negotiations with Albania means higher responsibilities for the political class. Through a press statement released on Wednesday, Gjosha stressed that this moment should serve as a strong impetus for the reforms implementation.

“Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiations,Johannes Hahn praises the work done on 5 priorities. On the other side we are perfectly aware of the fact that much more needs to be done,” she underlined.

Referring to the EC conditions, Gjosha considered this a normal and expected element.

“It’s more than normal, on view of the fact that constitutional amendments were the first step. We hope to have an answer on the Vetting law by the Venice Commission within December, clearing the path to judicial reform implementation,” said Gjosha.
