Donika Rudi is the composer that will represent Kosovo at the Balkan Contemporary Music Festival. Mrs. Rudi will perform her music in a unique concert which is titled "Carte Blanche" on Monday 7 November at the Black Box Concert Hall-University of the Arts 19:00.
The Akusmatik Music Evening will be held for the first time in Albania and it is also for the first time that a surround sound system will be created appropriately for this concert. Donika Rudi is the only Albanian (Kosovo) composer to have been graduated in electro acoustic composition in Geneva. She lives and works in Pristina and her music has been performed and broadcasted in many radio stations around the world. Mrs. Rudi is a member of the Belgium Composers Association for Electro-Acoustic Music (FEBEME-BEFEM), Canadian Association of Composers and Artistic Director of the Pristina International Festival ReMusica.
