Judicial System Transformation, Irreversible Process

“We have clearly expressed the political willingness in Parliament to transform the judicial system and there is no turning back,” underlined the Minister of Justice.

Referring to the vetting law suspension by the Constitutional Court he considered this an added value to this process, stressing that the judicial reform implementation rapidity is more important for the citizens than for the integration processes.

“We must begin to show a higher confidence on the court, and at this point we are not on the right track,” declared Manjani.
