Agents of anti-financial crime in Shkodra finalized during the last hours a raid dubbed "Excise", giving a harsh blow to a segment of tobacco smuggling. Sources of local police inform that a total of 5146 cigarette packages, 101 packages of tobacco and 2.000 lamps were seized while 5 persons were arrested. A sixth individual eluded capture and has been declared wanted. 

The arrested individuals are Ndriçim Bilani, Ramadan lulaj, Agron Isufaj, Kujtim Guri and F. Qevani, while A.M, 44 has been declared wanted. 

Shkodra prosecution opened an investigation aiming to define the origin and destination of the seized quantity of cigarettes packages.
