Two young individuals were arrested by Shkodra police during Saturday late evening hours while distributing a quantity of cocaine. A quantity of 173 grams of cocaine was seized during a raid dubbed “High”. Two young dealers, Abdyl Çanga and Aleks Shpendi were arrested in flagrance by the police. Their arrest was took place in a cafeteria filled with soccer fans gathered in Shkodra for the Albania - Spain match.
A small electronic scale and a sum of Lek 100.000 were also seized in quality of material proofs. Two arrested individuals will now be prosecuted for narcotics possession and distribution.
