Urban Renaissance, Rama: Unstoppable Process
October 9, 2016

Unstoppable process, this was the definition used by Prime Minister, Edi Rama referring to the Urban Renaissance project during a visit in Librazhd on Sunday. He inspected the city’s center transformation and some neighborhood transformation as part of this process.

“I am more than aware of the fact that much more needs to be done, but people must understand that this is an unstoppable process, very useful to the urban development. The visible improvement of the life’s quality is a clear message for every inhabitant even in the most remote village,” said PM Rama.

He emphasized the fact that urban transformation is being accompanied by the business activity increase.

“A fact that sometime people fail to understand due to some negative forces influence is that this kind of approach generates a growth of the local economy. The willingness of doing business is higher under such conditions, thus higher chances of employment are generated,” said PM Rama.
