Tirana Mayor, Erion Veliaj announced on Wednesday the opening of the procedures for the so-called ‘soft loans’ that will be given to all the families in need in capital.

“Soft loans procedures will kick off since next month. Some 1.000 soft loans have been currently approved by the Municipal Council. I believe that the mental tranquility of a woman that stay at home and doesn’t have to worry for her family’s future is incomparable with the funds that will be allocated for these soft-loans,” said Veliaj. 

Soft-loans will be given by the City Hall to the families in need enabling them to buy a house, thus resolving a major problem.
