A personal exhibition of the Korca born painter, Roland Karanxha, titled “Thought’s Escapade” raised the curtains in the Belle Arts University premise. This exhibition unfolds the body-language, which may not serve just as an instrument of communication through gesticulations. The painter’s brush treats the feminine nude with warm colors because she is seen as a muse and at the same time the symbol of life’s continuity.

“Body-language comes through my interpretation, which is not just something original but a figure aiming to convey the beauty, love and life. I like the female’s figure because it includes fragility, beauty, life itself” said Karanxha.

Korca’s traces are clearly visible in 71 works exposed by Karanxha in this exhibition that will remain open until January 31.
