The U21 Albanian National Team started the first training session under the direction of newly appointed coach, Alban Bushi. Some 21 players have been summoned by coach Bushi in this preparatory process aiming to lay the basis of the team that will compete in the European Championship qualifying rounds. The former attacker of the Albanian National Team declared that no player had declined his invitation. He said that qualification for the European finals is not his main objective, adding that he aimed to evidence valuable elements that may be transferred to the Albanian National Team in the future. 

A fact that catches the eye is the presence of many players from Kosovo like Bardhec Bytyqi, Valdrin Mustafa and Çlirim Shabani in the group created by coach Bushi.
