'Prime Minister Edi Rama killed Electoral Reform in Albania'. This was the declaration of the co-chair of the ad-hoc committee for Electoral Reform, democrat MP, Oerd Bylykbashi after the boycott of this committee from the opposition.

"SP puts its veto against the electronic voting and electronic identifications of the voters. This is the essence of the electoral reform," said Bylykbashi.

According to him and DP, electoral voting and counting process makes possible that the elections will not be corrupted and delayed.

"Electronic counting avoid the possibility that politicians puts their hands at the ballot boxes and avoids pressure and vote buying done through identification tools. Without electronic voting, there is not electoral reform," underlined Bylykbashi.
