Eleven persons were arrested on Thursday and 257 kg of cannabis sativa were seized during an anti drug operation in Igumenica. 

Police informed that four of the arrested are Albanian citizens, 33, 36, 40 years old and a women 21 years old. The other, are Greek citizens, between age 20-48 and a women 19 years old.

According to Greek police, during the controls, they also have seized even Euro 5300, 100.000 ALL, 25 mobile phones, and electronic scales.

Police officers declared that all the arrested traffic drugs through a speedboat used as a fishing boat.
