Venice Commission will made public on Sunday its opinion about the Vetting Law in Albania and all the critics made by the opposition and the Union of Judges.

But local media made public on Wednesday parts of the official document, unveiling that Venice Commission goes in favor of the Vetting Law.

Referring to the opposition question if the law affect European Convention for Human Rights, Venice Commission says 'No'.

At the same time, Venice Commission is not concerned about the fact that judges and prosecutors should declare their past and their contacts with persons from organized crime.

The unclear issue remained if Venice Commission agree or not with some other issues as if Vetting Law affects the private life of the judges and prosecutors.
