Elbasan police finalized during the early hours of Tuesday a raid against smuggling of raw mineral. Some 12.5 ton of raw mineral was sequestrated while being transported with a truck platted AA 955 LE. Driver Bledar Malo, 31, was arrested in flagrance when the presented invoice resulted to be forged.
Meanwhile the company’s administrator, B.O. 28, is being prosecuted for releasing a forged invoice.
Preliminary inquiry rose suspicions that the raw mineral has been taken in a closed gallery of the chrome mine in Prrenjas.
