Prime Minister, Edi Rama forewarned tax for Nation’s Road will not be accepted. This declaration was made by the Democratic Party (DP) leader, Lulzim Basha during a meeting on Sunday with DP structures in Kukes.

“It seems that the total absence of new job places and the lack of any investment in Kukes are not sufficient for PM Rama. He now aims to place a barricade to this northern city through a new tax for Nation’s Road. While should these citizens pay a tax for this road axis? Each one of us pays an additional sum of All 240 for the fuel since PM Rama’s arrival in this post. We will not allow a new tax that would block citizens’ free circulation between Kukes and Tirana, between Pristine and Tirana,” declared the DP leader.

In his message addressed to the democrats of Kukesi, Basha added that this political force main objective should be to bring an inner change.

“Left wing government abandoned the citizens by cooperating with a bunch of people and clients. We, as Democratic Party should draw conclusions from this fact. DP must not lose the contact with the citizens and the reality,” said Basha.
