Ben Blushi, ‘Equal Lists” (LIBRA) chair, declared that policymakers obstruct country’s European integration while citizens are victims. Through a press statement released on Wednesday he underlined that EU accession process has generated a delay race.

“The fog is denser today compared to one week ago. We are not experiencing a speed race toward EU. Instead, we are facing a delay race, where the winner is defined by the number of mistakes and obstructive steps. Vetting law suspension, cannabis massive cultivation, high level of criminality and corruption are some of the motives obstructing the EU accession process,” said Blushi.

He underlined that time has come to blame the policy-makers by holding them responsible for this process obstruction.
