
Some 850 administration employees have been trained by the Ombudsman Institution during a two-year period of time. A number of City Halls employees were trained by the Ombudsman Institution experts and Civic Society experts.
This process was conducted in two different phases. The first phase included 24 relevant City Halls administrations and focused on the right to education, the right to ownership, the right to social welfare, and the right to be informed.
The 2nd phase included Kukes, Gjirokaster, Gramsh and Korça city halls and focused on human rights observation and services provided to the citizens.
The entire training process had a positive impact on the administration employees daily activity and their contacts with the citizens.
