One of the last wills of the most distinguished representatives of the Albanian diplomacy, Faik Konica seems to be fulfilled. Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati informed through his page on social networks that a large part of the books which once belonged to the Albanian literature erudite, carefully preserved by “Saint George” cathedral and “Fan Noli Library” in Boston, will from now one become part of the National Library archives.
Bushati expressed his deepest gratitude to Father Artur Liolin, Agron Alibali and “Saint George” cathedral for the care shown toward Konica’s work and the preservation of our national values. He stressed that Albanian Foreign Ministry will always aim to improve country’s image instead of acting as a silent diplomacy.
