Government will start the building of the Arber Road on May 2017. Minister of Economy, Arben Ahmetaj, declared in the meeting of the Economy and Finance Committee that the Arber Road will be constructed with concession on May 2017.
"Ministry of Transport has started a process of public - private partnership. I believe that until May 2017 the process will end and begin the work," said Ahmetaj.
