Parliament Votes the Last Law of Judicial Reform, DP Boycotts

Parliament voted late on Thursday the last law part of the Judicial Reform. The law for the 'Governance of the Judicial Institutions' passed with 87 votes of the ruling coalition, after the opposition boycotts the voting process.

Democratic Party expressed its objections against this law, considering it unconstitutional. Democrat MP, Oerd Bylykbashi, declared that majority wants to set up a filtering organ for those candidates that are not judges or prosecutors before they goes for further verification in Parliament.

This is the last law part of the Judicial Reform. Ruling coalition vote it despite the opposition's requests to postpone the voting process.
