North-eastern city of Korça welcomed for the 9th consecutive year the international colony of figurative artists ‘Mio’s Days’. Participants illustrated to the public the multitude of their creations in the Arts Gallery. 19 painters that became part of this colony have laid in the canvas not only the impressions of Korça tourist region nature, but also the characteristic streets and neighborhoods of this city.

The majority of works came in landscaping and composition gender, where artists dominated the trend towards colorization, but also strong artistic individualism, with a combination of classic style with modern. Dardha’s, Vithkuq or Voskopoja autumn with impressive colors, the severity and majesty of the surrounding mountainous landscape areas Korca, which inspired Mio several decades ago largely influenced the domestic and foreign artists that joined this colony.
