Albania’s role in the Western Balkans region was the main topic of the Foreign Committee meeting on Tuesday. This topic generated harsh debates between Democrat MP, Aldo Bumçi and the Socialist MP, Arta Dade.

“Albania’s relations with Kosovo have reached the lowest level. There’s no coordination between our two countries Foreign Ministries. Kosovo has been left aside by Prime Minister, Edi Rama meetings. This fact generated a strong reaction by the Kosovo authorities,” said Bumçi.

In a prompt reaction the Socialist MP, Dade considered inacceptable the Albania’s relations with Kosovo politicization. Referring to the Kosovo FM, Enver Hoxhaj declaration over two countries bilateral relations she said that this was a hurried reaction.
