According to those sources MP Halimi will travel abroad for a specialized medical care. His imminent departure from the Ad Hoc Committee for the Judicial Reform urged the DP leader Lulzim Basha to summon a meeting with the Democrat MPs that participate in this committee.
At the end of this meeting Oerd Bylykbashi was appointed as the new Deputy-Chairman while Jorida Tabaku was appointed as his Deputy.
