Socialists and Democrats are negotiating for the decriminalization law legal acts approval by the Parliament. Pairs’ discussion aims to find a model of compromise for the self-declaration form. Head of Special Parliamentary Committee for the Decriminalization, DP lawmaker Oerd Bylykbashi and Socialist lawmaker Taulant Balla met on Tuesday in order to find a solution for the most discussed issue, incriminated individuals’ dismissal from the politics and the administration.
“We aim to generate a comprehensive form, which leaves no space for abuses. Self-declaration form has essential importance for the decriminalization law functioning” said Bylykbashi.
