DP Initiatives for the Decriminalization Law Rejected by the Chairmen’s Conference

Chairmen Conference rejected on Thursday two initiative two legal initiatives presented by the Democratic Party in relation to the decriminalization law. 

DP initiative related to the decriminalization law foresees the expulsion from politics of state ‘officials and elected individuals if they are arrested in flagrance committing a crime against life. The second initiative relates to the majority’s impossibility to block the Ad-hoc committees’ activity through their representatives’ absence.
