Tirana, Taxes for Privately Owned Public Spaces Decoupled

Tirana Municipality announces taxation' decuple for the privately owned public spaces. 

According to new decision, every business that occupies a public space for its activity from now shall be obligated to pay a ten times higher tax. Businesses taxation shall be defined by the Municipal Council, based on the business location. Those changes shall not be implemented in the areas managed by the local authorities.
