Former minister Spiro Ksera will be investigated under the security measure "Prison Custody". This was the decision of the judge Ilir Celiku, taken Sunday during the session for this case on Tirana Court. Prosecutor Ndini Tavani, accused Ksera as the person responsible for non-implementation of projects when he was a minister, stilling from state budged a value of Lek30 million.
