Dozens of citizens protested on Wednesday morning outside the premises of the Conference of Donors is held organized by Tirana's Municipality. They called on all the diplomats and donors in Albania, to whom Veliaj requested money, to get well-informed before they grant money to finance Veliaj’s projects.
All the protesters have been fired by Veliaj and they said that he does not offer work but he uses their money on deals. The protesters were stopped by police forces who prohibited them from entering the Conference.
