One day before the deadline, the experts of political parties did not agree on the draft of Judicial reform. This critical situation brought the reaction once again of the American Ambassador, Donald Lu. He held a meeting with the President of the Republic, Bujar Nishani early on Monday morning to discuss the problematic of the Judicial reform and the problems of Albanian country towards its realization. 

The experts of political parties refused to agree on the sole point of the voting process on high officials of Justice. 

The Opposition proposed the voting of the said candidates to be voted with 93 votes in the Parliament, while the experts of Majority proposed the voting with only 84. The opposition experts claim that the current majority force had 84 votes and this is not normal because it means that there will be elected only his candidates on Justice.
